Shipping policy
Shipping Timeframe
Orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays. Many orders are fulfilled the same day.
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days but may take up to 10 business days, depending on your location. Certain regions, including Hawaii, may require additional time.
Tracking
All shipments include tracking. You’ll receive your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
We use a combined UPS/USPS service. Estimated delivery dates shown in tracking are not guaranteed and may change while in transit.
Lost or Stalled Packages
If tracking shows no movement for a few days, this may be normal during busy periods.
If there are no updates for 10 business days, contact us at customercare@witchesofinsta.com and we’ll investigate with the carrier.
We follow the carrier’s guidelines for lost-package claims.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
We cannot cover reshipping costs due to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately so we can attempt to correct it before the order ships.
Shipping Area
We currently ship physical products within the USA only.
Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, email customercare@witchesofinsta.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Include:

a brief description of the damage

clear photos of the packaging and product
We’ll review and provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution. Reporting within 48 hours is required for us to file a claim with the carrier.
