Refund policy
We are a small independent publisher, and every book we ship is produced in limited runs and handled with care. We will always support you if something arrives damaged or incorrect, and the policy below explains exactly how returns and replacements work so expectations are clear for everyone.
Physical Books
Because our books are printed in small batches and cannot be resold once opened, returns are accepted under very specific conditions.
Return Window:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility:
To qualify for a return, the book must be:
- unused
- in like-new condition
- still sealed in its original shrink-wrap
- free from marks, wear, or damage
Once the shrink-wrap is removed, the book is considered used and becomes non-returnable.
Return Shipping:
Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and must include tracking.
Refunds are issued 5โ7 business days after the book arrives back with us and passes inspection.
If Your Order Arrives Damaged or Incorrect
If your book arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at customercare@witchesofinsta.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include:
- your order number
- clear photos of the damage or incorrect item
- a brief description of the issue
When damage is confirmed, we will replace it at no cost to you.
Claims made after the 7-day window fall outside carrier replacement guidelines and cannot be guaranteed.
Digital Products
All digital items are final sale and non-refundable.
This includes:
- digital grimoires
- e-books
- downloadable guides
- rituals
- audio files
Digital products cannot be returned once delivered, though we will always assist with access or file issues promptly.
Memberships
New members receive a one-time, 30-day satisfaction refund window.
Memberships can be cancelled at any time through your account, or we can cancel for you.
Cancellation requests must be received 48 hours before the next billing date.
If you miss a cancellation, contact us within 3 days of the charge and we will refund the renewal and cancel your membership.
If your membership included a physical welcome item that has already shipped, its value will be deducted from refundable amounts.
