This is a beautiful book, however, I’m much more excited and pleased with the circle membership that I placed for whatever $15 a month it gives you so much information and I get so much out of it. Unfortunately not. We will only be shipping within the USA.

What is your shipping timeframe?

Our shipping timeframe spans 10 business days. Please note that business days do not include holidays or weekends. We’d like to note that most orders arrive significantly faster than this timeframe, however, during holidays and busy postal periods delays may occur and the full timeframe may be needed to receive your delivery. All orders are tracked and your tracking number will be sent out when the order is shipped.

We utilize a combined service of UPS and USPS to deliver your orders. While we strive for timely delivery, it's important to understand that the indicated delivery date shown via your tracking number may not always be definite due to the nature of the shipping service we use.

What happens if I added the wrong address to my order?

As a tiny company of 2, if an incorrect shipping address leads to a failed delivery, we cannot cover the cost of reshipping. However, we encourage you to contact promptly us if you encounter any issues with your shipping address. We'll work closely with you to find the best possible solution to ensure you receive your order.

What do I do if my package is lost in transit?

If you suspect that your package may be lost in transit, rest assured that we're here to assist you. In the unfortunate event of a lost package, we kindly ask for your patience and understanding as we follow our shipping provider's guidelines. Once the full shipping timeframe has elapsed without any further movement or updates on the package's status, please reach out to us. We will provide you with a replacement at no cost to you and appreciate your patience in waiting out the full delivery timeframe. Lost packages suck for everyone but we’ll make it right!

My package was marked as delivered but I didn't receive it. What now?

We understand the frustration of a package marked as delivered but not received. If your package shows a delivered status, yet you haven't received it, we recommend checking a few potential delivery locations. Sometimes, carriers may place packages in alternative, safer spots. Please check:

Garage
Exterior doors and any locations where the package could be placed
Areas out of street view, such as under a mat or near a back entrance
Porch Areas protected from weather
Mailbox - Packages may come separately from your regular mail; check again later in the day
With close by neighbours
With others in your household

If you have a multi-unit community mailbox and there is a key in your regular mail compartment, your package is in a parcel locker. Check the key tag for the corresponding locker number and open that locker. If you live in an apartment/condo, contact your building's management office to see if the package was left with them.

My order arrived but is damaged. What do I do?

We always do our best to ensure that your order arrives in excellent condition, however, sometimes things can go wrong and a package may sustain damage on it’s journey to you. If you receive a damaged order, here’s what you should do:

Upon receiving a damaged package, we kindly ask that you notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please contact Amaria at customercare@witchesofinsta.com to report the damage.

In your communication, include your order number and a description of the damage incurred. To assist us in resolving the issue promptly, we request that you provide clear images or photographs showcasing the damage to both the outer packaging and the damaged items inside. These images will help us assess the extent of the damage and expedite the resolution process.

Once we receive your notification and the necessary images, we’ll will review the information provided. This may involve sending a replacement for the damaged item or exploring alternative solutions to ensure your satisfaction. We encourage you to report any damages promptly within the stipulated timeframe to enable us to assist you effectively. Failure to report damage within 48 hours of delivery may limit our ability to address the issue.

I received the book and it's not to my liking. Can I return it?

While we accept returns, we are a small company and, unfortunately, cannot provide return shipping labels. Should you wish to return your purchase, you will need to cover the return shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return package. Unfortunately, if an untracked package is lost in transit, we cannot issue a refund for items not received.

If I return my order, how long does the refund take to process?

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout. As soon as your return arrives and is processed, your refund will be initiated. Please note that the exact time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary based on your financial institution's policies.
